Coupling Replacement

HZ/USI (CTLE8-4800)

The coupling that are used on the eccentric pinion shaft extensions had movement in the key area.  We were able to reproduce the parts from solid material (original units were cast) by means of reverse engineering.  The clamping method was modified to make use of superbolts rather than the original socket head cap screws.  This makes torquing much easier, and much more even.
